You can add funds to your YOmoney account through various options including web banking, bank account deposit, payment centers (over-the-counter banks and non-banks), GCASH, or In-Store through our Affiliated Merchants (coming soon). On your dashboard, click Deposit tab, and select ‘Add Funds’. From the options, select your preferred top up method and follow corresponding instructions.

1. To add funds via web banking, click ‘Deposit’ then select ‘Web Banking’.
2. Enter the amount (minimum amount of PHP500 is required) and click ‘Add’.
3. You will be securely redirected to Dragonpay’s page where you can choose from the list of available banks.
4. Check your email for deposit instructions.
5. Complete the deposit as instructed and funds will be credited to your YOmoney account immediately upon your validation.

1. To add funds by depositing via wire, inter-bank transfers, or visiting a bank branch, click ‘Deposit’ then select ‘Bank Account’.
2. Choose a bank from the menu and make the deposit to the corresponding account details
3. Once completed, please email us at [email protected] and provide the reference number, deposit amount, bank of choice, and the date and time of your deposit. Your YOmoney account will be credited immediately after confirmation.

1. To add funds via payment centers i.e., banks, ATMs, local supermarkets and grocery stores, and other non-banks, click ‘Deposit’ then select ‘Payment Centers’.
2. Enter the amount (minimum amount of PHP500 is required) and click ‘Add’.
3. You will be securely redirected to Dragonpay’s page where you will be shown the full list of available options.
4. Select source bank or non-bank establishment and you will be receiving deposit instructions via email.
5. Complete the deposit as instructed and funds will be credited to your YOmoney account within 24 to 48 hours depending on the institution.

1. To add funds via your GCASH account, click ‘Deposit’ under then select ‘GCASH’.
2. Enter the amount (minimum amount of PHP500 is required) and click ‘Add’.
3. You will be securely redirected to Dragonpay’s page where GCASH loading will be processed.
4. Enter your 11-digit Globe mobile number to receive an SMS.
5. Reply with your MPIN to complete the deposit. Funds will be transferred immediately upon validation.
6. Log in to your YOmoney account to confirm that funds have been credited to your account.
